Welcome to Brothers for Change

Brothers for Change is a non-profit community service-based organization for young men and women serving the Ashland and Greater Richmond, VA areas. The organization was founded in 2005 at Randolph-Macon College with the principles of leadership, diversity, and responsibility through service.

Brothers for Change emphasizes a strong focus on inclusive leadership that incorporates awareness, sensitivity, and understanding. Through our inclusive framework we are committed to unifying youth and empowering them to be effective change agents in their communities.

Brothers for Change constantly seeks ways to positively transform the lives of those we serve as we work to transform ourselves.

       
Brothers for Change would like to say Thank You!

Brothers for Change would like to thank those that participated and supported our 6th Annual Community Day in Ashland, Va. on March 31, 2012. To all of the organizers, volunteers, supporters, families, and little ones, we thank you all for your continued support.

This year's Community Day was a success with over 130 participates ranging from ages 5-17, and over 50 volunteers who helped organize and put together the event. Youth participated in games, sports, arts, and engagement activities that focused on team building and leadership.

Brothers for Change would like to say a special thank you to the Positive Action Club of Ashland, Va., Randolph-Macon College, and Community Day 2012 guest speaker Dr. Jamelle S. Wilson, Superintendent of Hanover County Public Schools. Without your support Community Day 2012 would not have been the success it turned out to be, Thank you again!
